TFS Service suddenly asking to create a new VS account? Don't Panic

If you are logging into TFS Service with your normal account and are suddenly seeing a prompt to “Create a Visual Studio account”, where is nothing to fear. It is just a Terms & Conditions update that is BADLY labelled.
