If you want to use the Visual Studio Android Emulator, do not run the Windows 10 10547 Insider Builds :/ There is a bug in the Hyper-V stack that causes it to blue screen your device. As an alternative you can use the Ripple or Google Emulator.
Hopefully this bug will be fixed in a later build.
